American Property Construction is led by construction operations and management professionals with extensive experience both with the firm and within the industry. It is their experience and commitment to client satisfaction that ensures our success.

Patrick McGivern
Co-founder of American Property Construction in 1980. Patrick is responsible for the oversight of all onsite construction and project management. He is also involved with many administrative functions.

Allan M. Sherman
Co-founder of American Property Construction in 1980. Allan is responsible for the overall administrative and marketing functions. He is involved with all aspects of the company and client relations.

Duane Cecil
Vice President in charge of estimating and manpower allocation, Duane's career with APC started in 1980 as a carpenter then moved into the role of superintendent, project manager to his present responsibilities.

Robert Spalding
Vice President - Bob's career with APC started in 1983 as a carpenter. Over the years Bob has moved from a field superintendent, project manager and now Vice President with an emphasis on High Tech, Healthcare, Institutional and other larger Projects.

Donna Van Wert
Comptroller - Donna's career with APC started as a bookkeeper. Today Donna is responsible for all the accounting functions. Donna has been with APC since 1988.
